We Welcome You

We want to thank you for providing us with the opportunity to provide support to you as you move through this journey of life and we are looking forward to getting to know you and as such we thought we should let you know a little about us. Hand in Hand Disability Support was founded in 2020 by three individuals who have extensive experience working together in Disability Support and who have over 30 years of experience working within the community services sector. We have created Hand in Hand Disability Support to provide a supportive, person-centred approach where the focus is on Encouraging and Empowering you to reach your goals and to live as full a life as is possible. We have a focus on providing empathetic support where we listen and involve you in every aspect of your support. We are here for you, hand in hand, and we will make sure that we constantly strive to provide you the highest level of support delivered with dignity, dedication, involvement and care.

Our vision is that all our participant's will live a fulfilling life, engaging in the community and supported long term with the support of Hand in Hand who will be dedicated in
meeting the needs of our participants.

to provide empathetic, dedicated support to all our participants to form long-term relationships through a life long commitment with helping to achieve all participants life goals.
ensuring that our participants receive a service that encourages and empowers their choice and control.
to foster lasting, meaningful relationships with other community service organisations to work towards the common goal of improving the life of our participants and providing the highest level of service through passion, dedication and collaboration.
