Hand in Hand Disability Support is a disability support provider in the NDIS world, our management team have over 35 years in the community services sector.

Our Directors Nathan Horton, Val McCarthy and Matthew Major have worked in high-ranking positions in a career of community services spanning over 35 years including working in the Department of Communities, alongside Child Safety and running operations of a Registered Disability Support Provider under the NDIS.

Our Directors have extensive operational and support experience, who are also support workers at heart.

Hand in Hand is a disability support service that provides care to people with a disability.

We are passionate about the service we provide, seeing our participants happy and living life with choice and control, freedom and independence is our goal.

Hand in Hand Disability Support is based in North Brisbane, we currently provide supports from Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast however, we are open to provide supports across South East Queensland utilising existing networks which have been developed over the past 20 years.
